X250: Mobile Edge Grabber

Introducing the Malta Dynamics X250 Mobile Edge Grabber Model. This XSERIES model is an ideal solution for people with a need for fall protection on flat rooftops. The X250 provides fixed overhead fall protection for two workers in fall arrest to eliminate foot level tie-off, and uses its length and a removable weight box to counterbalance the anchorage support for the user operating over the edge. Applications like concrete deck construction, bridge decking, window washing, vault entry, and rescue situations are all prime examples of where the X250 would be a perfect fall protection solution.

The X250 meets ANSI Z359.6-2016 and compliant with OSHA’s fall protection rules.

Fully erected, the X250 stands 8’ tall and, from tip to tail, stretches to 13’ long. This unit is proudly made in the USA and features a steel body that has a high-strength protective powder coating with high-visibility orange paint. Like all XSERIES Mobile Fall Protection Systems, the X250 has been tested to the OSHA and ANSI standard to ensure a reliable and safe fall safety solution.

The X250 is equipped with large casters for labor-saving maneuvering around the jobsite and built-in crane pick points. The X250 is a long-term, cost-effective piece of machinery to have in areas that encounter confined space situations. With the addition of the optional confined space rescue/retrieval kit, the rescue and confined space tie-off capabilities of the X250 are OSHA compliant and easy to operate.
