DISCONTINUED - APEX Type 1 Class C Safety Helmet

The Malta Dynamics APEX Type 1 Safety Helmet is built for jobsite environments where reliable head protection and all-day comfort are essential. Designed to meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type 1 Class C and EN397-2012 standards, this helmet provides impact protection to the top of the head while maintaining a low-profile fit that sits securely and comfortably.

Each helmet features a 6-point suspension system and adjustable ratchet dial to achieve a stable, personalized fit. The included chin strap ensures the helmet remains secure in the event of a slip or impact and features a built-in loop for attaching to a fall protection harness. Strong integrated lamp clips allow direct mounting of headlamps, and the helmet is compatible with most clip-on ear protection systems.

You can choose the APEX helmet with or without an integrated visor:

• No Visor: Standard helmet configuration for basic head protection.
• Clear Visor: Protects against impact and debris, with anti-fog and easy-flip stow-away function.
• Tinted Visor: All benefits of the clear visor, plus 99% UV protection for outdoor environments.

The visors meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2015 for eye and face protection and feature an anti-scratch, easy-clean surface for daily use. The flip-up hinge keeps the visor clear of the face when not needed, allowing convenient hands-free operation.
