The Malta Dynamics Roof Anchor is a fixed-post anchorage solution designed for permanent installation on steel, wood, or concrete rooftops. Available in both 12” and 18” heights, this anchor extends above the finished roof surface to provide a visible, accessible tie-off point-ideal for both new construction and ongoing maintenance work.
Choose the 12” model for standard roof setups, or select the 18” option when working with deeper roof substrates that require additional clearance above flashing, insulation, or decking layers. Both versions are constructed from heavy-duty galvanized steel for long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance in tough weather conditions.
The round post design fits most standard flashing kits, ensuring a clean, secure install. Each anchor is rated to a 5,000 lb. minimum breaking strength and is fully compliant with ANSI Z359.18-2017, OSHA 1926 Subpart M, and OSHA 1910 standards.
Compatible with self-retracting lifelines (SRLs), vertical lifelines, and shock-absorbing lanyards, the Malta Dynamics Roof Anchor also meets window cleaning system requirements—making it a dependable solution for a wide range of elevated work applications.
