Once you have latched on – or off – of your desired destination, simply let the gate go and it will spring back into the closed and locked position automatically. Installation Instructions: Open the Dual Bracket by simultaneously pressing the release button at the end of the pin and at bracket loop. Install compatible self-retracting lifelines (SRLs) directly to bracket loop (the fixed forged side, not the sliding pin side). Do not installSRLs with carabiners. Maximum 2 SRLs per Dual Bracket. At webbing under harness dorsal D-ring, insert the locking pin beneath webbing. Never connect a Dual Bracket to the harness D-ring Fully close and lock the Dual Bracket and ensure the red indicator on the inside of the sliding pin is fully invisible when locked.
