As a contractor, it’s easy to fall into a routine. Go to work, finish the job to the best of your ability and go home. However, have you ever thought about how envisioning success could make your business even better?

I did. In fact, at my own high school graduation party, I stood up and told my guests that I was going to start a masonry company, employ 50 people and become one of the largest mason contractors in the state of Ohio. And I did because I believed in what I could achieve. By the time I was 35, my dream was a reality.

It’s essential to set goals and find a target for the future that you can see clearly. So, let me ask you … how do you find success?
