The following information pertains to the following Malta Dynamics products:
Self-Retracting Lifelines (SRLs)
Lanyards
Harnesses
Anchorage Connectors
All products made with synthetic materials
Malta Dynamics products DO NOT have an expiration date, regardless of the manufacturer’s date, purchase date, or date of first use. This practice is within compliance of standards set forth by OSHA and ANSI, as all products produced by Malta Dynamics strictly adhere to.
Malta Dynamics and ANSI require the product to be inspected at least annually by a Competent Person.
Malta Dynamics, OSHA and ANSI require an inspection by the user before each use.
After an impact, the product must be removed from service (per Malta Dynamics, OSHA and ANSI.) Servicing may be required for SRL’s.
