16 HOUR COMPETENT PERSON TRAINING

The Malta Dynamics 16-hour Competent Person Training program is a comprehensive, two-day course designed by industry-leading fall protection manufacturers. It equips participants with the knowledge to oversee fall protection programs, identify predictable hazards, and ensure job site safety.

Participants gain hands-on experience, proper training, and course material in topics including ANSI and OSHA standards, harness fitting, inspection, maintenance, storage, and designated competent person responsibilities. Participants also learn about statistics, citations, penalties, rescue operations, common hazards, and product usage.

Additional modules cover ladders, horizontal lifelines, steel erectors, aerial lifts, confined spaces, excavation sites, scaffolding safety, and fall protection/rescue plans, ensuring well-rounded competency in construction site and fall protection management.
