The Malta Dynamics 16-hour Competent Person Training is a comprehensive, two-day course designed by industry-leading fall protection manufacturers. It equips participants with the knowledge to oversee fall protection programs and ensure job site safety.

The course covers essential topics such as OSHA and ANSI standards, including OSHA 1926 and 1910 regulations, harness fitting, inspection, maintenance, storage, and competent person responsibilities. Participants also learn about statistics, citations, penalties, rescue operations, and product usage through hands-on training.

Additional modules cover ladders, horizontal lifelines, scaffolds, steel erectors, aerial lifts, and fall protection/rescue plans, ensuring well-rounded competency in fall protection management.
