  SKU: A6320/21 Family. The Malta Dynamics Roof Anchor is a fixed-post anchorage solution designed for permanent installation on steel, wood, or concrete rooftops. Available in both 12” and 18” heights, this anchor extends above the finished roof surface to provide a visible, accessible tie-off point-ideal for both new construction and ongoing maintenance work. Choose the 12” model for standard roof setups, or select the 18” option when working with deeper roof substrates that require additional clearance above flashing, insulation, or decking layers. Both versions are constructed from heavy-duty galvanized steel for long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance in tough weather conditions. The round post design fits most standard flashing kits, ensuring a clean, secure install. Each anchor is rated to a 5,000 lb. minimum breaking strength and is fully compliant with ANSI Z359.18-2017, OSHA 1926 Subpart M, and OSHA 1910 standards. Compatible with self-retracting lifelines (SRLs), vertical lifelines, and shock-absorbing lanyards, the Malta Dynamics Roof Anchor also meets window cleaning system requirements—making it a dependable solution for a wide range of elevated work applications.   SKU: A7361. The Malta Dynamics Weld-On Puck offers a strong and reliable solution for securing 5K Swivel Anchors to structural steel. Built from uncoated mild steel, this anchorage base is designed to be welded directly to steel beams for a permanent or semi-permanent connection-ideal for custom fall protection systems where drilling isn’t an option. Rated to a 5,000 lb. minimum breaking strength and compliant with OSHA and ANSI Z359.18-2017 standards, the Weld-On Puck ensures safe, code-compliant installation for demanding applications. It comes equipped with a Class 8.8 M12 bolt and an internal tooth lock washer to deliver maximum strength and a secure fit.   4’ MALTA DYNAMICS CONCRETE ANCHOR STRAP
  SKU: A6400. The Malta Dynamics Concrete Anchor Strap is made up of a strong polyester web inner core which is further protected by a heavy-duty polyester web sheath. The premium sheath protects the inner core from abrasion and wear and extends its overall life. The Malta Dynamics Concrete Anchor strap can be used as a permanent anchor during building construction or as a temporary anchor in applications such as wood framework, rebar work, or pipe racking. As always, be sure the selected attachment point can withstand anticipated fall loads and meet or exceed OSHA required anchorage strength requirements. When attached to a suitable structure, the Malta Dynamics Concrete Anchor Strap provides workers with a safe, compliant anchor point. Instructions for Installation: Select a safe location for the Concrete Anchor Strap. The location must meet the OSHA-required minimum anchor strength requirement. In cases of doubt please contact a qualified or competent person for more information. Once a section of wall of concrete column has been poured and cured, place Concrete Anchor Strap User Instruction Manual MaltaDynamics.com | 800-494-1840 12 Manual Revision Code: MD-CASUIM 11-12-18 the looped end of the anchor onto a vertical piece of steel rebar. After the anchor(s) are in place, continue to pour concrete, allowing it to cure fully. After removing forms, anchors will remain on the face of the column or in between the seams of shear walls. For Reinforced Concrete Floor Slabs: A three-foot length of rebar may pass through the loop end of the anchor strap and wire tied to remain tightly in place to the underside of the upper mat of rebar. This provides 3.5” of clearance. Concrete can then be poured, and the anchor strap will become cast into place for use after curing is finished. Free fall distance must not exceed six feet at any time. Locate the attachment point to the anchor at or above the connection point of the fall arrest equipment to the harness. The Malta Dynamics flat acetate visor is to be used in conjunction with the Malta Dynamics brand face shield brackets to protect against light chemical splashes and impacts. Brackets are available in several mounting styles that attach securely to Malta Dynamics’ hard hats and caps. Malta Dynamics’ visors conform to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2010 standard for face protection when used in combination with Malta Dynamics’ headgear or face shield brackets. Products available for both high heat, high impact and basic impact applications. *Always wear ANSI Z87.1-2003 approved goggles or safety glasses with face shield frames and visors for maximum protection.
